Constanze teaches dynamic, mindful yoga classes in German and English in Küsnacht and Herrliberg. Her style blends Vinyasa Flow, Prana Flow, Iyengar Yoga, and meditative traditions like Vipassana and Mahamudra. Yoga and mindfulness help her connect deeply with body and mind, foster healing, and cultivate joy. In her classes, she aims to inspire mindfulness, compassion, and happiness.
Constanze began practicing yoga in the late 90s in London and explored various styles through her international work. After completing her first teacher training at Air Yoga in Zurich in 2007, she practiced Vinyasa Yoga intensively until her twins’ birth in 2013, when she returned to Iyengar Yoga. In 2015, she completed a 300h Advanced Teacher Training with Olive Szembuze at Yogalives. Her yoga nidra practice helped her through early parenthood, leading to Yoga Nidra teacher training with Barbara Kündig in 2016.
In 2018, she opened her yoga studio in Küsnacht after completing a 2-year mindfulness teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She has also trained in functional medicine health coaching and holds a master’s in psychological counselling.
Today, Constanze offers yoga, mindfulness, coaching, and counselling in German, English, and French in Küsnacht, Herrliberg, and online. Her greatest joys are her family, friendships, the sea, and inspiring her clients.
