100 Yoga Intensive Training

January - May 2024

Do you practice yoga and would like to learn more about this abundant practice and philosophy? Are you a yoga teacher? Have you just finished a teacher training course and would like to deepen your practice?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions then this might be just the course for you!

From Jan - May 2024 Claire will offer a process-oriented course that will deeply transform you and your understanding of the practices of yoga.

The main focus will be on the practice of the various aspects of Hatha Yoga

Functionally correct alignment of asanas and understanding of appropriate use of yoga props, including the yoga chair.
Principles of hands-on adjustments
Kriya and Pranayama practice.
Various meditation techniques - seated meditation, walking meditation, the 4 cardinal directions meditation, etc.
Mantra practice
In addition, you will deepen your knowledge of functional anatomy, the subtle yoga body, (chakras, koshas, nadis, vayus, bandhas) and yoga philosophy.
There is space for your concerns as a yoga teacher or practitioner. Claire will accompany you on your path, and in group or individual sessions we will clarify your questions.

For teachers this course will be recognised by Yoga Alliance as further education.
